It's high time quality of IPOs was regulated

High time that the quality of IPOs initial public offer was regulated because a lot was done after the IPOs moved from CCI Controller of Capital Issues to Sebi Securities and Exchange Board of India many years back But I think second phase of reforms and tightening is required Even in PSU.
